Long goods material are place in two HF Stacking Cradles and then lifted by an overhead crane.
The HF System Long Goods Cradle typical application require two (2) cradles. Material lenghts of 40' or more may require three (3) or more cradles in order to properly support the material. The tappered design of the cradle unit hooks allows incoming cradles to be self-centering and automatically lock in the correct stacking position as they are lowered on the cradle below them.
The HF System Long Goods Cradle easily stores long material lengths:
- Channel
- Angle
- Flat stock
- Beams
- Bar stock
- Pipe
- Tubing
Capacities from 2 to 5 tons, stacking up to 10 units high.
