Pivot gates are a safe and economical gate choice.
Pivot gates from Schmidt Structural Products are fabricated from square steel tube, painted safety yellow. Gates are also available in any of Schmidt's 24 standard colors. This gate can be easily installed on existing decks as well as new mezzanines.

Designed for minimum handrail clearance, the gate pivots 90° from a single point on the floor into its own specially designed "pocket," leaving a deck opening of 5'8". Double doors may be ordered, permitting a deck opening of 11'.
Pivot gates may be specified for either left-hand or right-hand opening and attaches to any standard handrail. Minimum overhead clearance required is 7'.
