Heavy Duty Protection At A Standard Duty Price Schmidt's unique Barrier Rail design is engineered for strength and durability at an affordable price. All Barrier Rails are constructed of high-strength ASTM A-36 structural steel, providing the added safety that cold-rolled steel products simply can't deliver. Posts are 6"x6" structural steel tube on a 10"x10" base plate. The Barrier Rail is designed to form protective barriers against a 10,000 lb. load at 4mph.  InstallationStandardized components are used for simple assembly and future expandability. A single post design meets all requirements for straight sections as well as for left or right turns. The rail sections can be easily field-cut for re-use if shorter lengths are required in the future. Every system comes complete with all mounting hardware for quick installation by your plant personnel. Factory-trained installation is also available. All posts include protective plastic caps. Steel components are painted safety yellow. |
